I take the pictures when I see the ‘lights’, when I feel spirit presence or whenever I see my pet rabbit or someone’s cat, watching, following or running away from them!
I don’t use any special equipment, just a compact digital camera, sometimes my phone camera & video and my instinct. When you look at the pictures please bear in mind that you are viewing images from another dimension or from another world – the spirit world. The pictures are not taken in perfect studio conditions and there is never a chance to organise the perfect timing, lighting or background conditions. They are easier to see in low light which is why the pictures are most often taken in the dark. If you increase the light setting, it’s harder to see them. I take the pictures as fast as I can before the lights disappear. They are often only around for a few seconds. It’s fortunate that some spirits are very obliging as when I ask them to wait there until I get my camera, they generally do! There are some very playful spirits who are happy to perform for the camera!
How do I know the lights and orbs are not specs of dust, damp, or hairs close to the camera?
Fortunately I am able to see them with my own eyes. I’ve been seeing them for as long as I can remember which is way back to when I was pre-school age. I didn’t think they were anything out of the ordinary, just something I saw, without fail, every night. Spirit is energy. Orbs are balls of light. Light is energy. Spirit orbs are spirit energy. They come in all shapes, sizes and colours and travel at varying speeds. Angels are also energies and are very generally seen as a beautiful, shimmering lights. The colours can be spectacular and they bring with them a sense of peace and wonder. Therefore when we see orbs, they can be our loved ones from the spirit world, paying us a friendly visit, spirit-guides or helpers, healers and sometimes even an angel. They can also be loved ones who are very much alive, but perhaps asleep, or meditating and travelling out-of-body to pay us a visit. They may just remember dreaming about you, without realising that they’ve actually paid you a visit! When you look at spirit pictures you will see that some of them are very faint images. You may have to play around with your screen brightness setting to see them better. Some of the lights that appear are very tiny indeed – just little sparkles – and have to be enlarged or zoomed-into quite a bit before you can see anything. Often you will be surprised by what you see within them. There can be many glowing colours, a human aura in miniature or a picture of a person or animal. It may not be as clear as a regular, normal snapshot of the kind you’d take of a friend, but we are so very privileged to be able to see them at all. They are glimpses of visitors from another realm – how incredible is that?
